Elisse joined us in June 2025 as a Trainee Case Worker.

She has several years of experience as a care assistant, working with vulnerable elderly individuals, including those with mental health and mobility issues, and has acted as an advocate in care planning, following which she has worked as a children's residential support worker role, where she has supported vulnerable children and young adults with complex needs. In this role, she has collaborated closely with social workers, healthcare teams, and legal professionals to ensure the welfare of the children.  She has been studying for a degree in law and due to graduate in 2025.

Our Case Workers are at the heart of our service to our professional Deputyship clients.  It is their role to provide advice and support to clients and their families on the end of a phone, by email or in person.  They make sure the that day to day management of the client's financial lives is looked after - from arranging mobile phones, to paying bills, insuring vehicles and properties or even helping with arranging holidays.  

Case Workers are often in very regular contact with clients and work as part of a team with a solicitor or executive on each professional deputyship matter, under the guidance of the Deputy.
