Josh Joined our team in the summer of 2026 as a Caseworker. He has over seven years' experience working within the Court of Protection sector as a paralegal, supporting clients and families in matters relating to the management of property, finances, and welfare issues. Throughout his career, he has developed a compassionate and client-focused approach, helping individuals navigate complex and often sensitive situations with confidence and understanding.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked within Court of Protection teams at Slater and Gordon (2018 to 2019), Potter Rees Dolan (2019 to 2022) and Hugh James (2022 to 2026). Across these roles, he gained extensive experience assisting vulnerable clients and their support networks, helping to ensure their affairs were managed effectively and in their best interests.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Josh studied Art and Ceramics at university. Outside of work, he is a keen runner, cyclist, and swimmer, and can often be found exploring the outdoors through hiking and countryside walks.
