Jon is a chartered accountant and was the firm's Finance Director from the foundation of the firm until his retirement from that role in 2025. 

Jon qualified as a chartered accountant in 1985, working for Deloitte in Nottingham, London, Bermuda and Manchester before moving into industry. Jon has been working within the legal sector since 1997, including senior financial roles at both Addleshaws and Pannone.
