In June 2025 we had 81 members of staff who were surveyed anonymously and we have adopted the categories used by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority.  Our employees could opt not to answer either the survey (15 employees) or any part of it if they so choose.  The results, where the survey was answered, were as follows:
